Give the provider your road, building and flat number. Ask whether a connection can be installed now, whether a port is available and whether building permission is needed. Agree on an installation date before paying.
Get the full bill
Request an itemized quote for the monthly package, VAT, installation, cable, router and optical terminal. Ask who owns the equipment and whether it must be returned when you cancel. Keep a copy of the offer and receipt.
Check the connection before handover
Check your main devices and the Wi-Fi in the rooms you use. Save the customer account number, billing date and support contact. Ask how to report a fault, change the package or close the account.
