For outages, installation, billing or cancellation, open your provider’s profile and choose Contact & support. The directory contains official helpline and website details where sourced. ISP Guide BD cannot access your ISP account or book an engineer.
Report a listing correction
Include the provider name, the ISP Guide BD page, the official source URL, the affected field and the date checked. Send only the information needed to identify the correction. Do not include account passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.
Share a customer experience
Reviews are separate from data corrections. Where submissions are enabled for a native provider record, signed-in customers can submit an experience for review. File-backed catalogue profiles do not currently accept customer-review submissions. A submitted review is not automatically published.
